I am a mother of two who finally chose to live a better and healthier Life. I have successfully lost 65 lbs. working out virtually with the King of Fitness and using Shake Sum products. I have accomplished this in a little over 1 year. KOF provides the best workouts and target every body part and Shake Sum products product the best taste and quality. If you're like me and don't like eating breakfast the meal replacements are a great way to start your morning and get protein. I am happy to say for the first time in 7 years I am under 200 lbs. I started 2021 at 211 lbs. and I am currently 169 lbs. My journey has not been easy getting to where I am now. When I first started working out I wasn't getting the results I wanted. I was working out but not eating right or being consistent with my workouts. Since I started being consistent a few months ago and using Shake Sum products daily my results are better than ever. Consistency is key. Also having best tasting products was a huge plus and everything I needed to help me on this journey. Just know it's ok to be selfish and put yourself and health first.
